SHAMANIC PRACTICES
SHAMANIC JOURNEY I may engage in a shamanic journey (a trance state) in an effort to gain information that may assist an animal in need. ALWAYS CALL A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WHEN A HEALTH PROBLEM EXISTS
If appropriate, any or all of the spiritual practices listed below (Soul Retrieval, Power Restoration, Extraction) may be utilized for the benefit of an animal client. Appropriateness is determined after all of the following conditions are met: a conversation with the animal, a diagnostic journey by me, discussion with you about the process, receiving your verbal consent and receiving telepathic consent from the animal. SOUL RETRIEVAL The sudden or the slow loss of soul can happen to any human or animal, at one time or another, in this life or a previous life. A part of the soul breaks away and does not return to the rest of the soul. This part of the soul is no longer integrated with the result that we (humans or animals) are less than whole. This may prevent us from being as happy or healthy as we can otherwise be. Soul loss can be healed with dramatic results using ancient shamanic soul retrieval techniques. Soul retrieval is a powerful process used by shamans throughout history and is found in virtually all cultures in one form or another. It does not replace other therapies, rather it works along with these, focusing on the spiritual aspect of a problem. As a shamanic practitioner and soul worker, I will journey into non-ordinary reality, and will locate the lost soul part, bring it back, and return it to my client. I usually blow the returned soul part back into the animal I am working with, but other techniques (such as lightly stroking the animal) may be used. I am guided by spirit guides, my ancestors and the ancestors of the animal, with each case individually.
SOME ANIMALS CHOOSE NOT TO COMPLETE THE INTEGRATION PROCESS BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE NOT TO CHANGE THEIR SITUATION.
POWER RESTORATION Sometimes power is lost, or relinquished, without any soul loss. I will take a shamanic journey on behalf of my client to find power elements that will be useful for the client. I will bring the energy of the power element back and present it to the client. Personal power is enhanced by honoring the power restored, honoring the gifted power element, and practicing - or using - the power. I will continue to work with my animal client (from a distance) to ensure that the animal can integrate the restored or gifted power.
EXTRACTION I do not believe there is "negative" energy. I believe that energy may be in the wrong place at the wrong time which can have negative results for the host soul. When this is the case, that energy, can be extracted from the host soul and returned to nature, to be restored to its rightful place. Sometimes there is energy in a soul that is creating an obstacle to personal good. This energy may be energy of the host soul that is no longer useful for the present situation; something I refer to as "stale" energy. This "stale" energy can be extracted and returned to nature for rejuvenation and redirection to a new purpose. Sometimes, when soul loss occurs, a hole is left in the soul and another energy (perhaps someone else’s lost soul part) may fill the hole. Since this energy is not part of the host soul, but is a foreign intrusion, it may create problems for the host soul. The presence of an intrusion might be expressed through behavior or health problems. This energy can be extracted. After being extracted, I will return it to nature for rejuvenation and redirection.
